The personal assistant staff is first rate, patiently answering a myriad of questions about train schedules and restaurant recommendations. "

"It is the roof of a huge car park right next to DUS, perfect for early morning flight! We love the turtles in the garden and the table soccer in the lounge. If you want subway going to town center, the station right at the bottom. Perfect location "

"Great service but I felt pressured to get out of the room got the cleaners. Also, no having menus makes it very difficult to get room service. It needs a transition period. Also, very convenient net zero for hotel to stop providing toiletries and having to use the same products half way through. "
