"We loved it! All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We felt immediately welcome. The room was basic but all we needed. Breakfasts were delicious and varied enough to have something different each day. The hotel provide earplugs because of the noise of the bar downstairs but we found the room quiet and slept easily. The proximity to nightlife and sightseeing made it a perfect walkable location. "

"I checked on line but unfortunately I had to wait about 15mins approx as a group were ahead. The receptionist was very apologetic She was very pleasant however I think she could have done with help as there was another waiting behind me. I had no fault after that. I will come back again."

"Amazing location, easy to get to, parking works great, beds super comfy, and even though it’s super close to the bars, we found it actually found it shockingly quiet!!! Loved it. Wished we stayed longer. "

"Excellent stay - would recommend to anyone. Hotel was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - buffet of cold options and hot breakfast choice cooked to order. Food was delicious. Parking is very limited, had to double park cars but attendant responded promptly to move them and it wasn’t an issue. We easily walked into Eyre Square, Latin Quarter etc and back. We stayed a second night in Galway later in our trip pre booked at a different hotel - wish we had come back to the Western."
