"I'm not sure why it's a VIP property. I didn't receive anything that would indicate it was VIP. Not a big deal, but didn't feel any different from any other hotel. Also, the gym machines don't have plugs and didn't work. Also, not a big deal, but why have them at all?"

"It would've been really nice if the staff checking in customers, gave customers information like breakfast and times if there's a fitness room and pool and times for those. I was in town for a few days for work. I didn't even know that the hotel even had ANY of these amenities until morning when I was heading to work and saw people eating breakfast. Had I known I would've taken advantage of it. But since i didn't know or the times, I ended up just eating microwave food in my room. "
