"Beautiful room, clean pool and hot tub. (Hot tub is popping during the night btw) Currently the Howard Amen Park playground is under reconstruction so we weren't able to play there during our stay. But once the reconstruction is complete, we will be staying again and I'm looking forward to it."

"Everything is fine, but the last two times staying here ( 1st and second floor) the heat/ ac fans make so much noise it has to be turned off or can’t hear or sleep."

"I have stayed here before, really like the location. It's easy to get anywhere in Tri-Cities from here. The one thing I really disliked was the bed frames, they are raised so high off the floor you have to climb up into bed. The pillows are awful too, but other than that it's a nice place. "

"It was cleaned/ plenty of parking. Staff were super friendly. We had a room with two queen beds and one of the beds was squeaky. Needless to say it kept waking me up since the kids slept in that bed. "
