"Great house with a walkable location to Whitewater. Would have given 5 stars but the A/C on the lower floor for two of the four beds was not working properly. "

"This property is full of beautiful views and plenty to do, even on rainy days. We were able to visit with family and relax. It is just 20 minutes from New Braunfels and within walking distance to Canyon Lake. Very peaceful neighborhood and comfortable home."

"We loved this location. Our intent was to visit wineries between Johnson City and Fredericksburg, and we found Johnson City to be a great hub. We didn't really cook, but there are plenty of pots/pans and dinnerware as well as utensils and spices. The bedrooms were well appointed and all rooms were spacious. Did not use the pool beings it was pretty cold, but you do have the option of heating it for a fee. The backyard is huge with lots of privacy and seating. Really enjoyed our stay."

"This is our second time staying at this property. We love it! It’s perfect for our family of four and our dog. It’s got a huge yard and is away from the hustle of town, but still an easy and beautiful drive into town. "

"Our family of 16 spent Thanksgiving at this beautiful home. We had an amazing time and spent an afternoon in Wimberley and another in Gruene which were 15-25 minutes away! The kiddos loved the two sets of bunk beds which are actually full size beds. This will be a great location in the summer as well with the easy river access! We will be back! "

You will not be able to control the thermostat, but texting the owner to change the temperature is not that difficult. The pool looked nice, but it was too cold to swim. "
