"I decided on this place by the reviews, and they were 100% correct. The little condo is perfect for a nice quite weekend away. The location hits the nail right on the head. Many good places to eat, and there is a grocery store very close as well if you decide to cook instead. If you love deer like I do this place is the perfect place to see them. We will be back; this is my new FAVORITE spot to stay!"

"I thought my room would have a balcony but i was wrong. The property set up is just weird. One of the beed room doors is attached to the neighbor's unit. You can hear literally every word and foot step from them. The only way it makes since to stay here is to rent both units. But i travel alone for business and thats not practical "

"We have stayed at the Rio Guadalupe condos many times and have never had a bad experience. The units are always clean and furnished well. The location cannot be beat. This particular unit does not have a grill. I think more information needs to be given before booking since there is no community grill on site to use and portable grills are not allowed to be brought in. We made it work with an electric griddle but my husband was not too happy. The lock on the master bath does work but not able to...
