"Check in was easy and everything was explained to us in regards to the pool and services available. Our room was more than we expected. It was large, clean and had a good view. Bed was comfortable and the spa bath was good. The shower was good however the handheld shower didn’t work, we spoke to the lady at reception but wasn’t fixed when we left. The heating in the room was unbearable, it made the room stuffy and we asked to have turned down but seems a little lost in translation ( we don’t...

"Just a quick staycation after Christmas shopping, dinner & drinks… and considering there was a staff party in the lounge that night, we didn’t hear a thing… Nice room with all the little things we like.. coffee maker in room, tv with all the channels, & a nice deck to look out from.."

"The kitchen frying pans were badly warped making it difficult to cook an egg and impossible to flip with only a huge bbq flipper. Coffee pot is an antique and the water resivoir was filthy. The clothes dryer was broken. The pull out hide a bed was TERRIBLY uncomfortable for our grandson to sleep on. It was also very noisy, the rest of us listened to the creaking noises it made every time he moved. On day four we asked at the front desk for some fresh towels and to have the garbage emptied....

"My husband and I spent a week in this lovely property that is perfectly located across the street from the park and lake. We needed an escape for some much needed rest and this condo meet all of our needs. It was quiet, beautifully appointed, and the location was second to none. We would definitely love to visit again. "
