"Property and hosts are superb!! We had a great time with a beautiful view. The sunrises were awesome. The drive in a little tricky but once in well worth it and after a time or two not bad at all. House was quiet and secluded. Very nice for time with my wife. We were 1/2 hour from the park, were treated very well and would highly recommend this property to anyone!! It was wonderful !!"

"We were in town to visit with our son and do some sight seeing. We loved the cottage. It was the perfect size for us and even had a small kitchen available. We only cooked breakfast a few times, with the farm fresh eggs that were given to us along with a small loaf of blueberry bread. After hiking in the Shenandoah park, the hot tub and fire pit were a welcome relief! We will definitely keep the Ravens Roost on our list for a revisit!"

"We had a lovely stay in Tyler's home. It was perfect for my husband and I and our two adult children. It was conveniently located to Luray Caverns and Shenandoah Park, as well as grocery stores and restaurants. I especially liked the updated finishes, large kitchen, washer and dryer and the fenced back yard with fire pit and charcoal grill. Tyler was very quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely stay again. Minor gripe would be the back bedroom lacked any storage for clothing...

We were within reasonable distance to some good hiking trails at Shenandoah National Park, restaurants, and breweries (Lafayette Inn & Restaurant/Fiorano/Elkton Bewing Co.)! "Everything as described. The cabin was immaculate, and appeared to be almost brand new. Had pots, pans, plates, cups, microwave, and two plate burner top. As advertised you’ll need to bring your own bedding/towels. Wife and I have already agreed on a date to come back. Thanks for allowing dogs as well!"

"Everything is perfect! Clean rooms, comfortable beds and sofa, spacious kitchen with any tools you need, and a lovely game room. We enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful views. The host was also very nice and communicative. I would definitely recommend this place!"

"Property was cute and quaint. Only thing we missed out on was the goat on the photo or some cows in the backyard that other reviewers mentioned. I think it was simply timing not on our side! But kids were looking forward to seeing animals. Jena has put a TON of time into providing resources for her visitors. Brewery nearby (Alpine Goat) was one of the best we’ve been to. Fantastic location!!!"

"Our group of seven are members of Coastal Canoeists, in Elkton to canoe/kayak the Shenandoah River plus a Fall club gathering. We enjoyed staying here. Comfortable beds. The owner has done a very good job in renovating this house. Close to Elkton Brewery & restaurants."

"This little house was just perfect for me while enjoying Shenandoah NP & other interesting places in the area. The owner was very responsive to my inquiries. Kitchen was well stocked. Good to have a W/D for laundry. I would recommend this rental for 1-2 persons. Very enjoyable stay. "

"This little cottage was very clean and cozy. It is far off the road but close to a lot. A great location for Skyline drive. Good eats nearby. I would recommend an SUV, a sedan might bottom out on the road coming in. I gave 4 stars overall because of the latrine.. It is a compost toilet and there is an odor. "This adorable little house was absolutely amazing. So comfortable and Susan even had all the fall décor out. The home was stocked as if someone lives there. There were all the things you could need AND then some. She left a little candy bowl on the table and a lovely bread for our breakfast with coffee.
