"This is an exceptional property! My wife and I spent a night here and had access to the living room where we hing out and played games and our cash and carter room was super comfortable, clean and we will be back! We took advantage of the i e maker AND restaurants/ Main Street was a very short walk away on Lurays river walk. We did the entire walk with our dog and visited a few bakeries who were true artisans! LOVED OUR VISIT!!!"

"We arrived after dark and there was zero lighting toward the door (had to use iPhone light). Approaching the front door, we saw a bag of garbage ripped open and blocking our path to the door. We moved the garbage and retrieved the key, per directions. The key would not open the door. We attempted multiple times without success. Calls to the host went to an answering machine. "Beautiful little gem. PM had good communication,there was a little issue with the front door code when we got there, but I messaged them and they promptly responded with a correct code. Only real issue was the place was a little "dirty". Looked like whoever cleaned did not dust, or sweep (dead crickets, broken glass near toilet in bathroom), or wipe down the nite stand (rings from past cups). With a 45 cleaning fee, I'd expect the place to be a little more clean. For me personally I would prefer...

"The Legacy Inn felt like home. If you're looking for a quiet getaway that's in the heart of downtown Luray then I would highly recommend them. This has been my second visit and I will be a staying again in the very near future! "

"Apartment was large, comfortable and clean. It had all the utensils and items needed to feel right at home. The surrounding area was also clean and safe… check in was a breeze and so was checkout including checkout instructions. Would definitely stay there again."

"The property itself was fine. The tv would not work and it took 3 calls to maintenance. Once they got it on, it kept skipping and freezing every 10-15 seconds for the remainder of the visit. So trying to relax was immensely frustrating, especially with 3 kids wanting to chill and watch tv. "

Perfect refuge from a storm

"I was forced to get off the interstate by a snowstorm. The Clarion Pointe Hotel was a great (mostly lucky) choice. I picked it for its location and the reasonable price. The lobby and breakfast room were spacious and pretty and the room was all I needed. All the the staff were very friendly. Special shout-out to Laura at the front desk who helped me with all my requests - from needing mayo and plastic utensils for my meals, to opening the blinds in the breakfast room so I could watch the snow fall. The breakfast fare was standard but good. And again, the two women that were working there were very nice. Highly recommend!"
