You could spend all day laying around if you wanted to. Gym and day spa were really good too. Best massage I've ever had at the day spa. I didn't want to leave. "

"We stayed in a pool villa overlooking the valley. The villa was well equiped, private and comfortable. The hotel grounds are extensive and amazing. First class overall. Good gym and dining options. Ubud centre walkable in about 10-15 minutes, but safer using the hotel shuttle, which runs every hour."

We've stayed here many times previously when it was Grand Inna Kuta.This time we stayed in cheap budget room, however couldn't fault the service or cleanliness. Staff very friendly & helpful! "Fantastic stay at the Sheraton. Staff were beyond friendly and would do anything to make your stay more comfortable. So friendly and helpful. My son especially loved the animals sculpted from towels little extras like the ukulele in our room every morning after it was made up. Great access to dining and entertainment from the hotel as well. Would absolutely recommend staying here."
