"The apartment itself is quiet the upstairs neighbors was not quiet over my head and they kept locking the outside door when we didn't have a key to unlock it fortunately someone from my group was always in the apartment to come open the door. "

"it was awful. we get told that we are going to a different home than we paid for, get there to a problem with the keys, and a child showed up to help us, we get into our room and the room next to us is duck taped shut with other people on the other side. "

"Once you get past the fact that parking in Newark is horrible. The place was great. Small but great for our needs. Quiet neighborhood with good eats nearby. About 10 minutes to the airport and Newark Penn station. Had to oark about 3 to 4 blocks away but other than that, great communication and rental. Bed is very hard. No stove but knowing that going in was great as we could modify store essentials. Would definitely use again!"

"Everything was great. Peaceful neighborhood, close to beach as advertised. Lots of good restaurants. My only complaint was the bed needs to be at least a queen not a double. Other than that we liked it."

"Excellent! Enock and his family were super friendly and wonderful hosts. Their home is beautiful with lots of character.Our room was super comfortable, and the guest suite was stocked full of amenities, including coffee and toiletries, and even champagne! Location is good, with Flatbush Avenue station a 15-minute walk away, with buses also nearby."

"Would have liked tv. Room was pretty. Bed very comfy. Small kitchen had pods for coffee and tea. Bathroom adequate and clean."

"This was a cosy and comfortable accomodation for my family holiday, visiting from out of town. The manager, Michelle, was very warm and hospitable - and went above and beyond to make sure we felt "at home". I will certainly consider this b n b first on the list when next holiday is planned!"

The quiet beach is within walking distance. We also enjoyed Sandy Hook Beach, a 20-25 min drive away. We hope to return every year! "
