"This was the perfect home for our family of four (kids 9 and 4) and my parents and my in-laws for 8 total. Location. Can’t beat it. I wanted to be near water and this home has a beautiful view and water access from your backyard. The sound of the waves at night was amazing. You can’t really swim in that area but you are close to so many things to do it’s a quick drive to turtle bay or shark cove for swimming. Also close to restaurants and activities. There are wild cats and chickens that will frequent the backyard, which I actually enjoyed since I have chicken at home. I would hit a Costco or Walgreens on the over from the airport. The local store is more expensive. The house. Nice house and fit all of us perfectly. The upstairs loft was perfect for the kids. I love the outdoor showers to clean up after the beach. The house has a lot of outdoor beach items to use like snorkel gear, beach chairs and sand toys and beach towels. Good laundry area. Good hot water. It was winter so we didn’t really need the AC but I bet it gets hit upstairs, here were AC units. There are some basic cooking items like salt and pepper and oil. There really isn’t any hand soap or toiletries so bring those. TV had a lot of stations and good wi-fi. One tip is that the access to the house from the main road is hard to see, especially if in the dark. There are four units behind a fence and you take a sharp turn to the driveway to the units. Owners may want to add a sign"

"Unsure how this had negative reviews! Such a stunning property and home. Directions made it easy to find. A quick walk to the resort. We absolutely loved our stay. Would come back again. Microwave doesn’t work or really open if that is something you are hoping to use … we didn’t use but that would be the only “negative” . "

"We were very lucky to have found this spot - - overlooking the Fazio Golf Course and within a very short walking distance to the golf shop. We spent four days, two of them playing golf, one travel day and one day exploring the coastline @ Turtle Bay. Whenever I had a question about something, Helena was very quick to respond. Overall such a lovely experience that we are already talking about coming back next year at the same time. It truly, truly feels like the way Hawaii used to be. "This property was absolutely perfect for my family of 8. The house was clean and well stocked. The sleeping arrangements worked out well with two kids, grandparents, parents, and auntie. The best part of the house are the stunning views. The house was close to a swimming and boogie boarding beach. We also loved the distance to the fruit and shave ice stand. The house is close to grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants. We would rent this house again. Thank you for the amazing vacation!"

"We stayed at Kawela Kai beach house for a week from 1-15-25 and were very pleased with the house. It was clean and everything that we had expected. Sarah was great in fulfilling a couple of requests we had and followed up with them promptly. The location was ideal for us being close to the area shrimp trucks and points of interest. If we return to the North Shore we hope this house will be available."
