This is an exceptional vacation rental located on the world famous North Shore of O'ahu within the Turtle Bay Resort area, which is in close proximity to world class north shore beaches such as Sunset Beach, Velzyland, and Pipeline. This exclusive gated community of Kuilima Estates West features a refreshing swimming pool mere steps away from this condo, tennis courts, 1 free parking stalls, ample guest parking, multiple ACs, lanai with a spectacular view of the golf course, and tons of outdoor seating as well as free WiFi among many other amenities awaiting you in this veritable paradise.  This condo has been tastefully updated, and is well appointed.  Lei's lei's is literally a golf ball drive away from the property, it is an incredible restaurant!  Located within the Turtle Bay Resort area, this condo is next to the world famous Turtle Bay Arnold Palmer golf course as well as the George Fazio course, both of which will delight any golf enthusiast.  

Please note that this townhome is unique because it is an actual 2BR instead of a 1BR with a loft like most Kuilima condos who advertise as a 2BR. This beautiful 2 story condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 and a 1/2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is located on the second floor and has a comfortable king bed, smart TV and AC. The second bedroom, also on the second floor, features smart AC, queen bed along with bunk beds. The second full bathroom is located on the hallway upstairs. The living room features large smart TV, King bed and an airy lanai where you can sit and enjoy the stunning view of the golf course. Also on the main floor there is an open kitchen with an island countertop, as well as the 1/2 a bathroom and a washer and dryer in the hallway.
Note: There is no AC on the first floor.

If you do decide to venture out of this amazing oasis many dining options await you!  Turtle Bay Resort is a short walk away where you can find chef Roy Yamaguchi's Beach House restaurant, Lei Lei's Bar and Grill, The Point Sunset and Pool Bar (arguably the best place on the island for a sunset cocktail), and Off The Lip.  Nearby there are tons of delicious food truck options in Kahuku, which is known for its incredible shrimp farms, where you can eat delicious farm to table shrimp plates.  If you prefer staying home to cook your meals, there are 2 different Foodland markets in either direction from the hotel.

The North Shore is commonly referred to as a Mecca for the world's best surfers who make their annual pilgrimage to its pristine, awe inspiring beaches. The most famous wave on earth, the absolutely mesmerizing Banzai Pipeline is less than 5 miles away and warrants spending a day at the beach taking in its awe inspiring power.  If your timing is impeccable, nearby Waimea Bay may be breaking if the swell is large enough.  Having a picnic on the beach and watching some of the biggest waves on earth break nearby is an absolute must during the winter months! In the summer months, the waves are generally smaller which makes it perfect for snorkeling or other exciting ocean activities.  If you are in the mood to shop or explore more, Hale'iwa town is a mere 12 miles away and has countless shops and dining options.

Lovely furnishings in a beautiful area
We loved this updated unit with the coolest Hawaiian decor and touches. The downstairs does not have AC, which would be a great addition for the property managers to consider. It was an easy walk to the beach and Turtle Bay Resort. Thank you!!

Annual Turtle Bay family vacation
We have stayed at a handful of units at turtle bay but this one was one of our favorites. It was clean, the style was very modern, there were 5 beds, and the directions and communication were always great. I think the large open kitchen was my personal favorite tho. Love this unit and it made our stay even better!!

Love our Turtle Bay!
We enjoyed our stay, the property is well suited for a family and very comfortable. We were there for a few nights during our trip and found everything we needed! We love this part of the island and appreciate being able to cook our own food and access all the North Shore has to offer. Thank you! We will hopefully come again.

First time in Hawaii and couldn't be happier with the stay!
We had a great stay at the Kulima Estates property. It was easy to get to, just off the main highway heading through the North Shore area. There is a large grocery store and several food trucks and restaurants just a short drive away. The beds were clean and comfortable and we had plenty of room for our party of 6 to spread out. I don't remember laundry facilities being listed as an amenity, but they are there and were super handy. We also used and appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and toys that were available.

Awesome Stay
All the beds were super comfy, the kitchen amenities were terrific and the washer and dryer were lifesavers. Location was terrific, so close to walk to the resort and to Kulima Cove. The grounds are kept up very well. It was a quick drive to Kahuku ( and especially the food trucks, Yummm!!), Foodland, the Polynesian Cultural Center and Longs Drugs. Other than road construction, traffic was not bad during the week. This is also close to the east shore which enthralled us.

Perfect North Shore spot
We stayed here for 3 nights with our 2 young children (3 y/o and 6 y/o). They loved the bunk beds! The condo was lovely and well-decorated. Felt very safe and clean. My kids loved that we were steps away from the pool too. You can take a short drive or walk to Turtle Bay to enjoy the beach. There is free public parking for the beach. We also drove to the small towns nearby for great take-out options and watch the surfers. The condo had all the amenities we could dream of, including a vitamix to make some fun, tropical fruit smoothies. The upstairs provides A/C, which kept us cool at night. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Rental issues
We had 2 ceiling fans that did not work and it took 3 days into our vacation to get someone out to look at them. Both were replaced but 1 still did not work properly. We didnt have proper linens as listed, again 3 days to get them. I asked multiple times about the keurig that was listed as onsite but wasnt. Never got an answer. Loved the location. Management could have been better.

North shore paradise
We loved the cute condo and the location was just perfect. Very laid back and super peaceful. Only issues we had were with the second bathroom. The problem was addressed and I was even offered a little refund, which was totally unexpected. I have to say that if you’re coming in the summer months expect the unit to Be very hot! Downstairs there is no a/c and it is west facing, so the hot setting sun is right in the unit. The two bedrooms upstairs have very small a/c units. After the heat of the day it is difficult for them to really cool off. So just be aware of this. Otherwise, the unit has everything you need and more. Very cute and tastefully decorated. Would go back but not in the summer months

Perfect north shore location.
We stayed here for 3 days while on Oahu and we loved the location and the unit. This place centrally located on the north shore and an easy commute to sharks cove, kohuku, Waimea bay beach/valley and other north shore attractions. The ac units in the bedrooms are great and kept the rooms cool very easily, the beds were all comfortable, and it was nice having some beach amenities provided at the condo. Plenty of space for larger groups 6-8 people. Only complaint would be that I touched the shutter handle and the shutters broke when they were closing and that the living room fan chain broke when trying to change the fan speed (which never changed regardless of setting). I was kinda scared to touch things after that tbh. Lol. Hopefully these were addressed before the next guests after our stay, as I informed the owners. Other than that everything was great. Would definitely stay again if we came back to Oahu as we loved the north shore much more than being in Waikiki for our 2nd half of our trip.

We have stayed in the Virgin Islands in a rental with similar AC situation. So I didn’t really think twice about this setup. Island breezes there cooled the property nicely. Not the same here in HI. Fortunately my family is small and we only needed two bedrooms. I can’t imagine anyone sleeping downstairs without AC. The outside of the property could also use some up keep compared to surrounding units. Broken shutters, screen door very battered by the salt air in comparison to neighboring units.

Overall fine, but had several issues
This condo was at a great location on the North Shore. It was clean, well decorated, very large, and had a very well supplied kitchen. We got there around 6pm. We had to dial a code at the gate to be let in. No one answered. In fact, there was a line of guests at the gate waiting to get in as well. It was very unsettling. I tried texting and calling and got no response. Eventually, we got in. Although nice, the unit had several problems. The guest tub faucet was completely broken. No water came out and the handle was broken. The front & upstairs windows louvers did not close properly. In fact, the downstairs one had broken louvers on the floor. And the screens on these louvers windows did not seal the windows properly. So we got some disturbing bugs including a very large cockroach. The AC units in the bedrooms barely worked. It never got very cold. Someone put the bathroom mats in the washer and drier. They were still in the dryer when we got there and the rubber parts disintegrated. So when we washed our clothes, they were covered in little rubber bits. When we reached out via text, it took a good while to get a response,and what we got was a fairly automated response offering to fix. But the issues were significant enough we felt it would be very disruptive to have them come while we were there. I hope all the issues are resolved for the next guest because it is an otherwise good unit.
