"Here to debunk all the bad reviews: For peace of mind, we brought bug traps I had on hand and checked them periodically throughout our 5 night stay to find not a single roach or spider. I also never saw bugs crawling around inside. The place was very clean and the bed was a full size but amazing. The A/C unit worked beautifully. They also had an oscillating fan! "Truly the best deal around for a stay in Hawaii if you have a rental car. It's out in the country but minutes from west side beaches, food trucks and stores. Down home, regular folks place, with full kitchen and all the usual amenities. Very quiet and private except for tons of birds in the morning! Owners just as nice as can be. Pay 4+ times more for Disney hotel room 25 mins. away or just drive there from here! The best."

"We felt so lucky to have found this place! Its secluded, peaceful, and in the country side of Laie. We had everything we needed for the 6 nights we stayed. Warm showers, mini split cooling, pots and pans to cook with, and very comfortable beds. I booked it and suprised my husband with the ultimate visit. No crowds just stars at night and a ukelele to play on the porch. The owners are special people who went out of their way to help us enjoy Laie and the north shore. Aloha ❤️"
