"A brilliant base from which to explore Hamburg, with shops and places to eat 10 minutes away. I ordered room service breakfast and had a breakfast in the restaurant. There was a choice to meet with all dietary requirements. The room was spacious and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was clean and tidy, although the ceiling tiles needed replacing as they were discoloured. You had to be patient whilst waiting for a lift, there are three of them, but one was out of commission. The option of getting to the foyer by stairs wasn’t possible. The stairs led outside in case of fire. I would stay again because of its position. "

"Fantastic apartment hotel, great location right by an S-Bahn station, literally a couple of stops to the airport, and a short ride into the heart of the city. Apartment was well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a kitchenette with a hob (stove top) and microwave. Very sizeable apartment, clean and quiet, barely bumped into any other guests outside of the communal social area on the first floor - will definitely be staying here again the next time that I find myself back in Hamburg!"
