The room was very cold and asked for it to be turned up but was told the hotel doesn't allow it to go past 25°C. Then asked for an extra blanket and was told i had to come get it myself from the lobby.

The staff were helpful giving directions. The breakfast was good. The area had limited restaurants and there was nothing to see as it was a business district. I chose it as it was marginally cheaper than other places that didn’t have gym facilities, it had promised a spa but that wasn’t functional, locked with promise of repair.

I liked the location to the places I needed to go. Also the quietness for sleep. The shower where to me too slippery-thank goodness for the instilled holds. The sink had the turning of the ater quite in awful location to use.

We liked the setup at the hotel. It looks really nice. It was set up for the guests to watch the Eurocup match. The only thing we didn't like is the driveway into the hotel is oddly setup and easy to miss. But that is minor. I would put up some better signs.
