"This motel is on the outskirts of katoomba but easily walkable into town. A bit tired in places but spotlessly clean rooms, really nice helpful staff, very quiet and convenient. Leanne and Harry on the staff team were extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you!"

"Our room was ready right on the check in time of 3pm. It would have been nice to check in earlier since the weather was miserable. We checked in at the sister hotel Lilianfels as there was no staff at our hotel. The room was tidy. The bathroom was so very very tight and tied, you could not fit more than one person in there. There is not enough parking on the premises especially of an evening which is very frustrating in wet weather."
