"We stayed in a room with a private pool overlooking the beach. The pool area itself was like a little mini beach. I was very impressed with the set up. My wife really enjoyed the spa and she received several treatments. It was very enjoyable for her. That’s where our experience differs. Our first sessions at the spa, my wife got her services done by the charming Manager. The employee I got was less than enthusiastic. It could be because my weight or ethnicity, I’m not sure. I like paying quality and so I just stopped the scrub halfway through. The front aren’t necessarily welcoming either. Maybe there’s not a lot of African-Americans that come here. Most of the dinning staff were friendly and attentive. I like the place but I would not go back. If I spend a couple thousand on a room. I don’t want workers of the establishment to make me feel uncomfortable. "
