"I booked this hotel last minute due to the bad experience I had with the previous hotel. I got there after 12 and asked if there was anywhere to keep my bag as I understood check in was 3. I did also mention my issue with previous hotel. They kindly let me check in earlier as they had the facilities to do so which was great. I loved the breakfast, the spa and the shopping nearby. All staff were very helpful and accommodating. If I visits the Philippines again (to Manila specifically) I wil be using this hotel again."
