"There were just a few English speaking employees, Iwata was one of them and then the facility was a little dated but they tried hard to keep it up to par; our first room was clean except that the bathroom had a rotten wooden panel that I discovered was the cause of the smell, so after spending time with 3 people for a few hours I had the room changed to a newly refurbished and clean one...maybe because of the whole situation I got some allergies going, not pleasant.
