"The Blossom is a wonderful apartment only minutes from the central old town, the port and many other attractions. This apartment has everything, is very clean and comfortable. The beds are comfortable and it is perfect for a family of 4. All modern appliances plus a dryer for after washing clothes which was very helpful. We had a slight problem initially finding parking but we called the host, Georgia, and she immediately helped us. The central parking lot is only a 3 minute walk to the...

"The owner was there to greet us upon our arrival and was always happy to help during our stay. The villa was spotless and I mean spotless not a speck of dust anywhere. The location is ideal as you are out of town so quiet day and night but within walking distance from both beach and town. We all enjoyed our stay."

"Maria cares deeply about your visit and responds to any need. The house is wonderful with a lovely fruit and vegetable garden in the backyard. It is a very short 3 minute walk to the center of the beach and our favorite taverna, Mythos. There was a reserved parking place for our rental car at all times. The outdoor shower was fantastic. I highly recommend this property and hope to visit again!"

Als wir ankamen, stand ein Willkommensgeschenk auf dem Tisch- ein leckerer Obstkorb, auch Getränke 🤗. Das war wirklich einmalig lieb. Die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert. Triantafillos & Irene were there to greet us when we arrived, along with a beautiful plate of freshly cut fruit---for each family (3). "The place is great value for money if you want to stay by the sea and have 3 bedrooms. It is clean and well equipped. The outside area is wonderful. Especially good was that the cook ware was really usable (it often isn't in holiday homes), the well working washing machine and that there were plenty of towels. "

Off the balcony, you have amazing views both day and night looking over Venerato village. enough due to the circumstances. "Property seems very kid friendly, which is nice, but as we did not bring our children this trip, it was loud and overwhelming with kids running all over. Often difficult to get spots at the pool as well. We almost decided to go next door to the Nana Princess instead. Food was pretty good. Facilities have plumbing issues given the smells in the bathroom. Was not pleasant. Good value but not luxury. Live and learn"

"Although we had a great stay at Mitsis selection Laguna when booking this I booked a bungalow sea view , i felt I was cheated on the room rate because we ended up with a garden view / children play area , and looked nothing like what was advertised on the website . We queried this at reception which we were offered another room but to another garden view so it wasn’t worth the upheaval of our belongings but the receptionist took a contact number if an upgrade became available he would call us. Never got a call . At the end of our holiday we learnt that another couple got a free upgrade to a bungalow sea view with Jazzi because they weren’t happy with their view either so I was really disappointed that the cost of garden view room rate is less than what we paid for . apart from this we can’t fault the hotel , all staff were lovely and attentive food and drinks were great too "

"Very clean and comfortable room. The livingroom with several seating areas and large screen tv was a big hit for us. The buffet breakfast was amazing. So many Cretan savory and sweet food that we might not have had if it weren’t for this breakfast buffet. Every staff member that we met was friendly and helpful. It was a great hotel to stay in Heraklion."
