"Likes: Interesting breakfast with the option for in-room dining. Beautiful minimalist design. Good size rooms. Environmentally conscious. Friendly staff and service. Onsen. Washing machines, vending machines, microwave, ice maker. Dislikes: Lack of parking (but understandable in a big city). Lots of noisy kids running up and down the corridor late at night after 10.30pm. Lots of kids in the onsen with parents/adults shouting at them to behave. Maybe a special floor for young children...

" Helpful staff Good location More spacious than the average hotel room - The room layout made it so that the shower, toilet, and sink are somehow separate from the bedroom itself and away from the room's heater - Room clean-up schedule seems to be in the mid-afternoon. On one of the days during our stay, we had a full morning and decided to retreat to the room after lunch for a quick nap but found that the room had not yet been freshend up. A minor gripe, all things considered. "

"Even though the single room is quite small, but it looks brand new and clean. There is no problem moving around the room. The couch, by the way, is especially relaxing. However, I did not like the breakfast that much. Quantity is not enough! "
