"The staff at the property were so wonderful throughout our whole stay. The hotel itself was lovely, the bathhouse especially was so clean and well maintained. Our room had a great view and it was clean and well maintained. We loved the breakfast selections as well, the only thing I would have liked would be the option of having a hot chocolate but everything else was just amazing. The hotel is right next to a station and its so affordable to just take a train anywhere you would like to go. We really loved our stay and can't wait to stay here again."

"Staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful inside with plenty of facilities including restaurants, pool, laundry services and a Disney store. Free buses outside hotel to Maihama train/bus station or to the Disney shuttle station which is also just 5 minutes walk which takes you to Disneyland or DisneySea entrances and not that expensive. Rooms were big with a four beds for each of us two adults and two children and lots of amenities. View of water from balcony was lovely. It was a lovely hotel to come back to after a busy day at parks and kids were so sad to leave and would absolutely stay there again. "
