"This place is a gem, while the staff aren’t physically they are very attentive to your questions and helpful. They allowed me to keep my bags even after I checked out. If I come and stay in Oia again, I will definitely stay at this hostel"

"Hosts offered to pickus up at airport. Accepted offer but no show. Cutlery supplied 2 cups 2 plastic glasses. We puchased crockery and cutlery. No hot water for 5 days, therefore no shower. Kettle died, replacement disgusting full of scale and leaked. Aircon didnot work a lot of noise for nil. Left cleaning solution in cups but no rinsing. I drank water from the cup not realising this and it took my mouth and tongue 2 days to get over burn. No response. Always will "look into " Finally told " be...

"It was in general a great experience! For the price everything was more than enough. The shared room for 4 even had it’s own bathroom. The only not so good part was the check-in time. They give you their contact to stay in touch but if you are in a hurry front desk is not always available. "

"Please ignore those negative comments. BlackRock Villa suite is well worth a visit. ♥️ We didn’t expect our room to have fresh bed linen or a change of towels every day. The rooms are exactly as the site suggests roomy, nice vibe, and plenty of space too. Sofia was a credit of knowledge for the local area. "My partner and I had a wonderful time in the grand suite. The jacuzzi on the balcony was amazing for the sunrise. We were lucky to have Rita and Tatiana to help us and they were both more than helpful in any advice or helping with requirements for what we needed. Would definitely stay there again. Regards Dan "
