"Our stay at Onyx was amazing! It’s in a little town beside the capital of Santorini, Fira - just a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. We felt very taken care of by their staff who made our stay very easy going and relaxing. We booked a car rental through them which was super easy as pick up and drop off was there at the hotel. We also booked a sunset cruise through them which again pick up and drop off was directly at the hotel. Everything was very convenient and we absolutely would come stay here again. The room was very spacious as we booked a suite. And everything was very clean in our room and around the hotel. "

"We stayed a week at Sophia Luxury Suites and had a wonderful stay. The location is wonderful - IF you understand the fact that there are stairs - and LOTS of them. Dining options close by - they just opened a restaurant right below the room. Understand that in Santorini and these cave rooms - they are located right along public walkways and the windows are open air. There will be people walking by your room at any hour of the day or night - if you understand that and accept it as part of the experience it is no big deal. We stayed right at the shoulder season and everything was just in the process of opening - the staff were still learning and there were a few bumps in the road - wrong deliveries of room service choices - but nothing major and nothing we were concerned about considering the circumstances. When you choose these locations and travel during the off season - then go in with your eyes open and embrace the experience. We truly enjoyed our stay there and would do so again! The staff was pleasant and attentive - and learning! "

"Where do i start? Incredible. Upgrade on arrival, total suprise. Welcome drinks on arrival and departure. Room was clean and the breakfast served every morning was of a high standard. If I ever return to Santorini this would be the place I would stay and reccomend to anyone."
