Very friendly and helpful reception staff, particularly Sona and Daur, who were both more than efficient and happy to help with any query. Comfortable beds and good size rooms. Only minor problem is the lift is small and can only carry 2 people, so at some times of day you may be waiting a while if you dont want to take the stairs.
