"We were massively surprised at how lovely this property was. Staff were super friendly, the dining area we didn’t use but they have free coffee all day so used it for that which was a super treat bring coffee lovers. Room was massively spacious, clean we actually loved it. Just down the road from the tram into the city centre which we navigated without any issues. "Stay was decent. They don’t tell you that you have to pay for laundry which isn’t something you want to do when you’re already paying a few hundred a night for the stay. They also don’t tell you that the property is located directly above a train line that runs throughout the day and night. You can feel the vibrations which isn’t ideal, especially since one night the train ran until midnight. The location is okay. "

"The hotel was in an excellant location and the tram stop directly ipposite the hotel making it easy to commute into the centre. There was some confusion at check in as the hotel advised we had 2 rooms booked but we only booked 1 room. The staff were all really friendly and helpful.The towels were changed daily.The breakfast was excellant we just had this 1 out of the 3 days we were there.If we visited aflgain we would be happy to stay here.It would be nice to have tea and coffee making...

"Hotel obviously old building bit creaky around the floors. Our room looked like a chunk was taken out for the lift to be installed and not well insulated.
