"Good, big room with good amenities. Hotel close to two big malls within walking distance - plenty of local shopping experience. Good buffet breakfast at the hotel with enough vegetarian options. Hotel lobby also unique compared to other hotels. Only downside was the dryer in the hotel room was bad. Did a mistake of washing clothes in the inbuilt washer/dryer in room and it took more than 5 hours to dry the clothes(even then not dry fully) and in the process it actually damaged the clothes. "

"The hotel consists of one or two bedroom apartments in central Jakarta. The apartment was serviced daily and the staff very friendly. However there was no cooking utensils at all, just 2 glasses,2 plates, and bowls , and 2 sets of fork and spoons. There is no dishwashing liquid or tea towels. Quite ridiculous seeing as there is a full gas hot plate The towels and sheets were great but a bit of mould in the shower. Fully air conditioned and a balcony too. It just needs a bit of maintenance but the staff are all very nice. Restaurant and spa downstairs "
