"The staff were helpful in assisting us to resolve the problems caused by Expedia's confusing booking system. The room had a lovely outlook upon the historic Grafton cemetery. But the room itself was quite shabby, there was no daily housekeeping, the staff often don't answer the phone if you ring to query the booking, and the parking is diabolical. If you have a large car you probably won't be able to fit in there. "

I liked the renovation efforts definately no frills but adds a freshness, simplicity and modern feel to the motel room. I noticed lots of noise from upstairs and tennis court across from garden however other guests were considerate and nil sport or noise late at night. That’s the only negative about the place, great apartment and comfortable bed. Cooking facilities are good with supermarkets and the Auckland CBD nearby, as well as skycity and the airport bus terminal, so is walkable if you can navigate the roadworks.
