"We loved our stay here. We had a small problem in our original room and we quickly had it fixed. The property is beautiful and the rooms are very nice. We stayed as a family of 5 and we loved it. We would stay here again. "

"Huge beautiful property. But not convenient at all. Because of the massive size everything is quite a hike away. A tram takes you from building to building so it’s difficult with numerous luggage’s. Not many dining options and they are pricey but very good food. Drinks pool side are small and $20 each. Big family friendly pool. The snack bars are only open from 12-4. Pool side bar is 12-6. The adults only pool again is far away and small with no bar or services. Staff was wonderful. Room was clean and nice sized, but no USB connections and no charging blocks available to buy or borrow. Vehicle parking feels like a mile away from your room so make sure you have everything with you when you park. You won’t want to go back and forth from car to room. I would say it takes a solid 20-30 minutes from car to our room with taking the shuttle tram plus the walking. We did book a second stay 4 months from now and looking forward to it. This time we’ll be better prepared. "
