"The apartment is better than the description. The building is beautiful and the owner lives and works there so you can always ask for help. A washing machine is a help. There is a tram stop (#5) in front of the home and from there I can go anywhere on connecting buses and trams. It is very quiet outside and easy to sleep. I stay in a lot of rental properties and this was an excellent choice and a great value for what I received."
