"Waking up to the view of the Petronas Twin Towers, surrounded by forests of skyscrapers and at night, seeing the KLCC fountain show and reflections of the Petronas Towers on the Four Seasons hotel. That was my defining feature of this hotel. The city of Kuala Lumpur, sadly is not a very walkable city, at least not in the area around KLCC. The roads are winding, sometimes missing, confusing always. The hotel to other parts of KL is hard to get to without the power of Grab, probably the easiest and cheapest way to get around (Unless you have the Chinese president visit KL during your visit and you have road closures, but I digress.) This hotel however, has a route that gets you inside the Suria Mall without having to endure the humidity of Kuala Lumpur. The lobby is on the 39th floor of the building. Interesting experience, and you can see the iconic Twin Towers, but it does make it longer for you to go into your room, as you have to take the elevator twice. But the room is quite nice from my experience, facilities are good as well, with a nice gym. The room was kept well-maintained for the duration of my stay. The area felt safe at all times of the day, and there were many staff at the ground floor to help you get your stuff out from your Grab/transport from your airport, and if you want to order food, the ground floor seems to be the place where the drivers drop it off so you can leisurely come pick up the food. Excellent experience overall, would stay here again. "
