A new manager has just arrived who we believe will look to address these issues. Took feedback on board and keen to remedy. In a good location though. The Japanese restaurant on the penultimate floor is very good quality (albeit is independent to the hotel so take payment card)."

Staff are very helpful and the concierge was able to find tours for a solo traveller without having to pay for 2 people. You can read the history of the original owner if you spend a few minutes at the waterfront Chinese Heritage Museum.
