"It did not look a thing like the photos listed. First off... check in no one took us to our room to show us the suite. They requested we fill out our breakfast requests and asked what time we wanted breakfast brought over for... we waited two hours.. called the front desk and then they brought us 1 without any beverage (which had been requested as they asked) ... the second morning the exact same thing happened and they pretended like they didn’t speak English or understood what our concerns...

"The hotels has all the amenities listed but it is very run down. The rooms weren’t really clean but the beds were, not all lights worked. Their shuttle service is very convenient though."

"The villa is build too vintage with only wooden furniture with no sofa pads. Thus, not comfortable when lying on sofa. We found 1 lizard on bed, 1 giant lizard by staircase, 1 dead cockroach in master bedroom bathroom and ants around. Hotel restaurant closed at 10pm when we arrived late (due to traffic jam). We begged for some fast food and luckily staff were helpful to make some quick meals for us. One final comment, villa needs at least have a small gym for customers. "

"OK hear is the thing about Uppala for me. Family of 4, 2 kids at 10 & 16. Rooms are awesome and beds comfy with bathroom a real delight. Aircon very good in a 2 bedroom villa. Each room has air con. "We stayed in villa dk 4 nights for our honeymoon. Villa is perfect dizayn and new furnitures have. Not very near to Nusa Dua center, but when you want to go Nusa Dua, driver bring you everytime for free. When you want to go other places, you must to pay extra like, jimbaran 150k, sanur 300k, ubud 300k rupiah. İ think this prices are a little expensive, it must be more cheaper. Breakfast is not very good if you compare to Turkey. Private pool, jakuzi and open air shower are...
