"I had a relaxing and comfortable one-night stay. Staffs were friendly, and facility was well-maintained and clean. Conveniently located by Kawagoe Station, it took only a few minute walk to the building. The room and bathroom were spacious with a comfortable bed and a nice bathtub; Seven Eleven, Tully’s Coffee, restaurants and shops are down stairs. Hotel entrance may be a little hard to find so I hope this helps: find the Seven Eleven at the second level of the building, where you will see...

"It was a relaxing and comfortable stay. Hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly. The hotel lobby has a welcoming and warm fireplace, it was perfect on a cold day. The room was very clean and spacious. If I have to be picky, then there was only a small sofa which very tightly fit two persons. There is a balcony where there are lawn chairs. It was too cold to sit outside. The hotel has separated buildings so to go from your room to the restaurant or lobby or spa, you have to walk outside...
