"Enjoyable place to stay. Spa was nice though it was closed the hour before check out, so it was not super convenient. We couldn’t get double beds in the room, which was not ideal for a honeymoon. Still had a good time. "

"Rooms were good size, Onsen public bath was good, walkable distance from Tottori Station and nearby convenience store. Only bad thing was that it was easy to hear neighbouring rooms use their sinks and showers. "

"Wonderful stay. Friendly, professional and accommodating staff from the moment we drove up to the property to when we depart. The staff even helped to sort out our luggage delivery to the next accommodation in another city. Our hostess Matsuri was sweet, polite and gracious. The property itself is beautiful and exudes an old-world charm, and our room with in-room onsen is such a treat. The meals we had were also delicious and thoughtfully prepared and presented. We had a lovely time at Nishimuraya Honkan and hope to return again."
