"Good location on the beach, but hotel in need of a clean and upgrade. Not worth the nightly rate. Breakfast was very disappointing."

"The villa is so big and clean,really surprise.It is so suitable for 8 friends together.The host is so nice and friendly,we arrived at villa at 10pm,so late,but he still waited for us.Another surprise is it has hot water to have a bath,it is so scarce in Sri Lanka.The one and only regret is,you know,in Sri Lanka ,there are many ants and other insects.And in our bathroom,there were many ants,but don't care about it ,they will leave and it didn't influence your trip.So, enjoy the villa,and enjoy...

"Great location far enough away from Mirissa. Peaceful and welcoming staff. Difficult to find a spot to swim in the ocean but possible to take a dip. Hotel pool wasn’t cleaned early enough for us to swim one morning (not open until after 8). Sri Lankan brekkie available as well as eggs and Gandon’s style, serving sizes were very generous. "

"This place was absolutely amazing. The facilities were very clean. The staff were great accommodating and lovely. The room was very clear , air conditioning was working well and the beds were excellent. Everything was above and beyond all expectations. Would definitely recommend "
