"Room was very good value for money, bed was comfortable, shower was nice and room was spacious as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only slight criticism I’d have is that the location isn’t as tourist friendly as other hotels, however there are taxis always outside the hotel so it’s not much of an issue. "A good hotel in good area close to Marine Drive. Rooms we clean and comfortable and a good size. It is an older hotel with a bit of charm. Just near Churchgate railway station where some tours start or end. Plenty of restaurants or cafes close by. Only complaint was some rooms a bit musty, but they were happy to move us and shower in morning time sometimes was cold"

"I would recommend for couples or solo travel. Yes the room is a bit basic but for central Mumbai you could not get cleaner, quieter or safer. Short walk to Mumbai central train station and taxis always outside at any time, literally. Staff were outstanding - always available and more than happy to help. Really friendly people. "The staff here was excellent but this hotel needs major improvements. It looks like owners don’t care about putting money into the hotel and only taking it out.
