The unit is clean, comfortable, cozy, and has the most fantastic view of the ocean from the living room, master bedroom and balcony. "When booking we were not informed of no air conditioning. My wife has asthma and she can not stay in any unit without A/C. As per the unit! It was nice, Not beachfront as stated! BUT! While I intended to work more (technically on a “working vacation”), it was impossible to focus with whales playing all over and turtles swimming by. Perfect stretch of beach just steps from the entrance. This will be on my list of places to return to. "
