Despite this, they refused to refund my payment of over £300. Expedia was unhelpful, offering only a £75 refund as a goodwill gesture. "Nice big room. Big tv. 2 nice lounge couches. Awsome shower and water pressure. Big bath towels. Friendly staff. Breakfast was just OK. The room was a little tired and could use some updates. We would stay here again. "

"It was a very good property.. Didnt realize it was service apartment. It would have been great if they had included some basics like Toiletries as in Hotel like Body lotion, Paste, Conditioner etc.. Kitchen to include basic spices like Salt and Pepper. Overall it was good experience for family with great view s of the skyline. "
