"We had the most amazing time staying here. Anthony and Veronica are very caring hosts, and put in the effort to ensure that we had a good stay. From the get go they were communicative, showing us the ropes of the place and making sure that we knew the best things to do in Waihi beach. They went above and beyond, even leaving us a cake and bottle of bubbles to celebrate the new year. The house itself is beautiful, and was very clean. We felt very lucky to be staying here. Would highly recommend...

The house is really nice with good equipment and utensils in the kitchen, good beds and bedding, towels and so on.Couple of surf boards and 4 boogie boards in the garden shed along with buckets and spades.Outside shower and toilet. Garden table downstairs. Outside table and chairs on the upstairs verandah.Nothing modern by any means but with kids we found it relaxing and just a perfect family holiday...

"Overall was ok, good location but place needs a bit of updating as it is very dated but has everything you need. There are ripped curtains in the bedroom and the shower needs the pressure and door fixed - simple low cost fixes which would make it much better. Owners live on site permanently and people live below the unit in the garage also so you only have the deck to use."
