"Midtown Niseko was great. The staff were super helpful especially helping us with transit, picking us up at the Hirafu Welcome center, calling cab when we needed, etc. The hotel is just a little out of the super crowded areas. There is the free shuttles but we chose to walk most of the time into the busier restaurant area. It was about 15-20 mins in the cold and was doable with those shoe spikes (it’s very slick around here! And very hard to cross the road!) but hotel was perfect. Small rooms but really well appointed for staying organized with our tons of snow luggage and gear. Had convenient laundry too. Would def recommend! "

"We had a great time at this hotel. It’s perfect for family ski trip. The lift was a few steps away and rental facilities were inside the hotel. The views were spectacular and the staff so accommodating and friendly. The restaurant food was really good, and we loved their breakfast buffet. It snowed the whole time we were there so it felt like you were inside a snow globe! "

We spent a lot of time walking and hiking up the mountains, which was a fun and adventurous way to keep the kids active. After a long day of exploring, relaxing in the hotel’s onsen was just what we needed to unwind. Our room was absolutely stunning—spacious, modern, and with all the comforts we could ask for. It really felt like a luxurious home away from home, which made our stay even more special. AYA Niseko was a perfect base for our family trip, and we would love to come back again!"
