"We always have a great stay at Sunset Motel. Check in is always a breeze with self check in. Diane (manager) is super lovely, always keen for a chat and helps out if we ever need anything. All the staff are great, very respectful of privacy especially during turnover service. Location is brilliant, clear view to the water if you are keen on fishing and need to check what’s happening. Reserve right next door if you bring your pup for exercise. Just a great property to relax or get away."

The location is incredibly peaceful, with beautiful views and easy access to the local cycling trails — an ideal base for exploring the area. The accommodation itself was a brilliant mix of modern design and quirky timber touches, clearly crafted with care and creativity. The outdoor bath set amongst the trees was a standout — the perfect way to unwind after a day on the bike. Corrie, the host, was warm and helpful throughout our stay. It would have been lovely to meet her and the family in person, but everything was well communicated and thoughtfully arranged. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, off-the-beaten-path getaway with comfort, character, and a real connection to nature. "
