"Excellent view of Fuji mountain "

"We stayed in several hotels throughout our vacation in Japan and this was by far our favorite hotel. Our room appeared to be newly renovated and was huge! Very clean and so much space. Bed was large and comfortable. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Shuttles are available to bus station which makes getting to town quicker. You could walk, however it would take awhile and we opted not to do that since it was cold. We enjoyed the hot springs. The view of Mt Fuji was incredible from our balcony. Would stay here again if we are ever back in the Mt Fuji area. "

"Excellent view of Fuji from rooftop. Wonderful service. Great half board (breakfast and dinner). Hotel has free shuttle service to and from train station. In room onsen is definitely a plus."

"Big and clean room, with bonus of Mt fuji view. Wonderful onsen. Cannot walk from Kawaguchiko station. Need to arrange free shuttle service with hotel. We rented a car so not a problem for us."

"Wow, this place was amazing. From the moment we arrived, we had a warm welcome. All hotel amenities were described and they had so many activities and a scavenger hunt! Our room was beautiful, very clean, spacious, and they provided everything you need and more. We enjoyed the hot tub and had a drink in our private backyard. We enjoyed breakfast with a view of Mount Fuji. Will be back for sure!!!!!"

"A friendly well run hotel. Set in beautiful grounds with great uninterrupted views of Mount Fuji. A great natural spring inside/outside onset. The food was first class."

"I chose a room with Mt Fuji view and woke up to a beautiful picturesque view of Mt Fuji under a clear blue sky that day. Feels like I had a front row view. Very good breakfast buffet but better go earlier as there’s a little wait line. "
