I am very much impressed by their eager to meet the needs of the guests. I’d like to mention Nilo in particular. When we were checking out, there was a small issue. He was so patient and helpful. He went extra ways to help, always smiling! The facility is a bit old, with places showing some wear and tear (for example, the carpets may not be the cleanest). But the location of the hotel is superb and the price is reasonable for a five-star hotel. "
