"We expected LaChatard to be nice but a fairly basic stopover for our visit to the area however the service, facilities, and restaurant were all fantastic. The restaurant serves a local menu and wine, and the food was beautiful. Service was very friendly and accommodating. The team evidently took pride in their work. Facilities were comprehensive too with a well stocked gym, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sunbathing area. A great place to stay."

"De passage pour une nuit en raisons professionnelles, j’ai été très surpris par l’accueil du personnel, sans suis d’un dîner exceptionnel que ce soit du service en passant par la présentation des plats ainsi que par le côté gustatives des plats. Tout cela dans une très belle salle!!! Ensuite arriver dans la chambre c’est pareil, tout est très soignée il y a énormément de détails on s’y sent bien ! "Expensive. Our superior room was on two levels which meant we would have had to go down stairs in the dark for the loo. So we opted for another room with a shower over the bath. The shower head had to be hand held as the bracket attaching it to the vertical rail was loose and so the shower slipped down. The bed was hard. "I stayed there for one night, The staff was helpful and friendly. I had to arrive late at night and they prepared everything for me to find the key. There is carpet in the rooms, which I don't like and there was no eggs for breakfast (but it's France, people don't have eggs in the morning)"
