"Quiet. Owners were very helpful with info about Carthage. Close to downtown if driving. Pretty lake across from the far end of the motel. Walking trail around it. Room was not cleaned after the first night. We had to go to the office to get clean towels and washcloths the next morning. The room was cleaned well after that."
