"The environment is quiet, the staff are very friendly, though it is just three star hotel, but the service is absolutely better than most of 5 star hotels, I took the airplane from NYC through Chicago to Juplin, united airline did not send my luggage with my same flight, and the hotel manager tried to lend me a car seat personally, it is unbelievable kind service, at all, you could trust them, I feel really warm in such winter windy days! "

"The hotel rooms were amazing. Everything was beautiful and very clean. The room had everything that a small apartment would have. Including fridge and sink. The whole experience was easy and I was able to relax after driving all day.The check in and out were so smooth and I had no issues.
