"When we arrived, the hotel was locked and no one was available at the front desk until 11 am. The staff left again at 7 pm. Your on your own after that.The hotel was charming and the room was beautiful. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Spongy fruit and limited choices even for a continental breakfast. The front desk staff was wonderful and most accomodating. Most restaurants and wineries were closed because of snow, so no transport around town either. The next day most were open again....

"I didn't stay. They had bursting pipes in December and had alot of remodeling going on. It looked unsafe for my grandkids. While there couldnt swim or eat in the dining room. Had to go some where more exspensive to stay because no one told me about what was going on at the motel. "

"This is a nice place to stay. It is right there by downtown and provides walking access to many shops, breweries and distilleries.It was clean and comfortable. We only had a couple of hiccups but they were resolved. Be sure to check out the book with instructions for the heat. We were there on a cold weekend and were confused at how to operate the heat as it was marked a/c only. We did have an issue which the owners dealt with and we appreciated that so much!We would stay here again. Only...

"We really enjoyed our weekend stay. The Historic home we stayed in was amazing. The available option of meat/cheese tray and roses was perfect. We will do it again. Thank you to everyone that played a part. "

"Very basic older motel. No breakfast and it's bare bones. It is very quiet and very clean. Be aware that if you give them a CC for a "deposit", they will charge you $51.50 BUT only refund $50.00. I am disputing the $1.50 surcharge because they didn't inform me of that policy."
