"Not bad, we were in a room beside the elevator which made noise during the night when used. Smelled like cigarettes in the hallways. Our room was nice, clean and spacious. It was a good deal so not over all complaints. "

"We arrived in evening with 5 kids post cruise. Lindsey the evening person made sure we had adjoining rooms and fresh extra linens for the pull out sofas. When I tried to use the washer it wouldn’t work and with days of swimming- cruising- car travel we had one bunch of dirty socks that just had to be addressed for the way home. Lindsey became our Christmas miracle elf when she offered to throw the load in their washer rather than have us go out to find a laundromat on a cold dark night with super tired kids. Instead of being stressed we spent the evening in the warm indoor pool- so THANK YOU Lindsey!!! That little act of kindness meant a lot to 7 tired travelers on Christmas week!"
